PANZ Biennial Conference 2007

PANZ hosts biennial national conferences on population issues. The most recent conference was held on the 3rd and 4th July 2007 at Te Papa in Wellington. The title of the conference was “Looking Into the Future : People, Diversity and Social Outcomes”. The conference programme and presentation abstracts are available on the conference part of the web site.

The conference, its international and other guest speakers and the low registration fees charged are possible because of sponsorship from Statistics NZ, Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of Education, Te Puni Kokiri (Ministry of Maori Development) and Department of Labour. PANZ is grateful to these organisations for their continuing support.
